Immediate opportunities are available for talented Machine Operators who want to become part of theJohnson Controlsteam. Due to high demand, we are now hiring multiple Machine Operators at our Wichita, KS manufacturing facility for ALL shifts.
What You Will Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently (ACC, Safan, Brake Press, SG, Plasma), including inspection and routine maintenance
- Fabricate piece parts through use of schematics
- Assemble piece parts into final product
- Ongoing training with machining equipment, tools, duties, and new projects
- Assist in the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the department
- Notify leadership of any unsafe conditions, practices and/or procedures observed
- Move materials with forklift or overhead crane if trained and authorized.
- Other duties as required
