Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be adept at performing their own set-ups and runs on the machine, and possess a strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and blueprint interpretation. Familiarity with Fanuc Controls is essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal training.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
Proficiency in performing set-ups and runs on the machine.
Strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and blueprint interpretation.
Experience with Fanuc Controls.
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
Work Environment
The CNC machine shop environment is smaller, with around 50 employees, fostering a family-like atmosphere. The 1st shift hours are from 7am-3:30pm with potential for overtime including Saturdays from 7am-noon. Dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
