POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the grounds, ministry, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, creating an environment for the health, comfort and well-being of residents residing at the ministry.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs routine maintenance and repairs in the ministry and its equipment.
- Maintain general plant, facility and equipment are in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
- Ensures ministry and work assignment areas are clean and free from clutter and debris.
- Ensures that equipment, tools, and supplies are organized and properly stored.
- Completes job assignments in allotted time.
- Responds to emergency situations when needed.
- Follows all safety procedures, reports all hazardous conditions and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
