Complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility
Document all completed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary
Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various components and systems including, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, screw, belt and roller conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings
Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, etc.
Comprehend (mechanical/electrical) schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Maintain a safe work environment through cleanliness and housekeeping
Other basic facility operations duties as assigned, including consistently meeting grain movement needs as required (example: truck unloading/barge loading)
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.occasionally, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work in various weather, industrial and agricultural settings
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet andabove)
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice•High School diploma/GED or equivalent knowledge
Prior experience troubleshooting and maintaining various components and systems including hydraulic & pneumatic systems and/or screw, belt and roller conveyors and/or pumps, gear reducers, and bearings
Basic use of a computer
SAP or CMMS experience(Computer Maintenance Management System)
Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain certification
Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance Experience
Minimum of 5years maintenance/millwright experience and fabrication experience
