OBJECTIVE:Ultimate Responsibility for Products Line Performance Overall revenue, margin, OTD, quality, customer satisfaction. Develop product line specific KPIs that clearly reflect the performance in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)   Develop Customer and Region Specific Growth Strategies

  • Develop Customer and Region Specific Growth Strategies

  • Working with the sales teams, identify strategies and tactics (gap analysis, declining products, customer specific opportunities) that will enable product line expansion.

  • Develop product line specific KPIs that clearly reflect the performance in terms of profit and customer satisfaction.

   Product Line Training

  • Provide Cardex sales force with tools, knowledge & data needed to effectively the Product Line

   Long Term and Ad Hoc Quoting support for Product Line

  • Provide suggested regional resale prices that will enable sales teams to capture business and maximize margin for both ah-hoc opportunities and long term (contract) opportunities.

   Technical Product Support

  • Provide quick technical and product support that allows the sales force to support customers in the daily business.

   Competition Monitoring

  • Monitoring of competition and market trends and development of counter strategies to secure business

   Lead System Enhancements Development effort that ability improve to sell

  • Identify product attributes (f.e. specifications, ingredients) necessary to scale.

  • Develop interface which will enable online product sales and document management.

  • Develop inventory management solutions and value added service offerings for the product line.

   Product Group Development and Supplier Relationship Management / Development

  • Development of joint sales strategies with manufacturers.

  • Joint customer visits and business reviews with manufacturers.

  • New product introduction visits in coordination with sales teams.

  • Identification of growth opportunities through the addition of new products to our portfolio. New items to be identified through cooperation with new and existing suppliers as well as OEMs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Related field of study

  • 10+ year's of related work experience

  • 4-6 year's of supervisory experience

  • Or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Related field of study

  • 15+ year's of related work experience

  • 4-6 year's of supervisory experience
