What You\'ll Do

The Member Onboarding and Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of Mid Americans member programs to onboard and accelerate member adoption of products and solutions. The Onboarding and Relationship Manager will serve as the subject matter expert working closely with related vendors and internal departments, staying abreast of industry best practices, to recommend, develop and oversee the success of onboarding and sales/service campaigns across all touchpoints and channels.

  • Utilize systems to develop processes to successfully onboard members, identify opportunities to increase targeted products/services, and identify member journey campaigns. Coordinate with several different departments as needed to successfully introduce related campaigns and processes.
  • Identify program goals, roadblocks, and provide regular analysis of the results of all campaigns to ensure goals are being met and the programs are successful. Utilize dashboards and other reporting from systems to continually\ enhance processes.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on use of member onboarding/relationship systems in order to create campaigns. Stay abreast of industry best practices, identify and champion enhancement opportunities to onboarding and deepening member relationships.
  • Supervise Member Engagement Advisor; participate in outbound efforts as needed. Ensure all member-facing staff are acquainted with and properly trained on campaign expectations and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to identify program focus/goals. Ensure processes and programs meet required compliance standards.

Knowledge and Skills

  • A college degree
  • Two years of similar or related experience in financial institutions, including time spent in preparatory positions.
  • Sales aptitude
  • Data analytics aptitude
  • Self-initiative
