This position will be part of the Risk & Brand Protection organization under our Chief Risk Officer.

Work you'll do:
You will assist in reviewing business communications to identify potential risks and help ensure compliance with Deloitte policies.
You will help to proactively identify and manage risks for the Deloitte US Firms.
You will be involved with various strategic initiatives, including cross-business priorities, collaborating with other Centers/groups.
You will help develop resource materials, risk frameworks, and communications relating to key risk initiatives
You will help create and review policies and guidance and manage the intranet webpage
You will assist in evaluating and developing process improvements and identifying best practices
You will help coordinate and reporting the status of risk activities.
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience leading and working collaboratively with teams
Excellent consultative, communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate in a demanding executive level environment

Managing risk across the Deloitte US firms is of utmost importance. As a senior specialist in National Risk, you will help to proactively identify, mitigate, manage, and monitor risks. You will also have opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives of the Deloitte US firms and interact with risk and business leaders. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 4 years of experience
Risk and compliance experience
Project management experience
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400-$165,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
