Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Network/Device Monitoring and Remediation Analyze network/server down, critical impact, and security tickets generated by monitoring tools. Perform troubleshooting and incident response on NOC tickets/alerts. Escalate tickets as required to NOC Engineers.
• [Patch Monitoring/Management Analyze and remediate patching issues on server and desktop tickets. Also, assist in rolling out significant updates such as Windows Feature Updates to workstations.]{#isPasted}
• [Backup Monitoring/Management Responsible for installation of backup software at client sites. Monitor and maintain consistent client backups, and perform backup testing and verification as needed or on a schedule.]{#isPasted}
• [Documentation Management Assist with the creation and maintenance of NOC department SOPs and technical documentation.]{#isPasted}
• [NOC Tool Management Maintain and audit as needed the NOC application toolset (RMM, AV, EDR, Password manager, etc.).]{#isPasted}

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide after-hours backup to NOC/Ops technicians on a scheduled rotation basis.
• Update applications as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
