R1 RCM Patient Registration Representative in Wichita, Kansas

Shift days & hours Week 1 Sun 11:00am-11:30pm, Mon 11:00am -11:30pm, Fri 7:00am-7:30pm

Here’s what you can expect working as a Customer Representative:

  • As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will greet patients over the phone and in person to help them get the proper care they need.   

  • Every day, you will interact with patients, get their insurance information, coordinate their admission needs, and explain to them everything from physician orders to financial information.   

  • To thrive in this role, you will need customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a positive, dependable, and caring attitude. 

  • There is no technical experience required, we will teach you everything you need to know!
