JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Plant Floor Systems Analyst will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within our organization. We seek a professional to coordinate software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and/or user requests.
Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
Keep an open channel of communication with users and respond to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR High School Diploma and four or more years of experience.
Two or more years of related work experience.
Experience with SQL.
Understanding of software deployment process.
Understanding of networks.
Experience with scan gun and bar code printers.
Strong intrapersonal skills, ability to work with diverse teams and personalities.
Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
