We are seeking a skilled Polymer Chemist with expertise in thermoplastic polymer compounding to lead the formulation, processing, and characterization of advanced materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foamed polymer formulations, injection molding, and extrusion processes. This role requires the development of innovative polymer compositions, thorough material characterization, and the ability to communicate findings through detailed proposals and reports. While polymer synthesis experience is helpful, it is not required for this position.
