Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center Pre-op-Registered Nurse Part-Time in Wichita, Kansas

The pre-op nurse is responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient needed to prepare patients for surgery. Must have a positive and polite demeanor with staff and patients.
Part-Time position (a minimum of 20 hours per week). Hours will vary from 2-10 hour shifts or 2-8 hour shifts and 1-4 hour shift. Position does not require weekends or call.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing holding an active RN license as required by the State of Kansas. Minimum 2 years of experience in Preop, PACU, or Critical Care setting; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center. BLS and ALS required.
