JOB SUMMARY

In this role, your work plays an integral role in maintaining our vendor relationships and cash flow, while also providing the foundation for building our financial statements. DURING A TYPICAL DAY
Reconcile AR and AP (subsidiary ledgers to general ledger) daily
Generate invoices daily and review for accuracy before distribution to the customer
Process AP invoices in a timely manner
Process freight related payments
Prepare month-end accruals (freight, lease inventory, price true-ups)
Update operating lease schedule monthly
Assist with vendor maintenance and year-end 1099s
Maintain and update process documentation for role

QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in accounting or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Experience working with Microsoft Office including MS Excel and Outlook
Experience working with financial statements
Experience applying and interpreting GAAP
