Key Responsibilities:
" Conduct in-depth analysis to maximize the use of manufacturing resources, including equipment and facilities.
" Recommend and implement process and product improvements, ensuring the effectiveness of production changes on budget and labor standards.
" Present detailed performance analyses to management, facilitating informed decision-making on resource allocation.
" Lead the integration and management of new manufacturing processes and products to meet efficiency targets.
" Collaborate across departments to ensure resource availability and represent manufacturing interests in cross-functional teams.
" Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules and capacity plans for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
" BA/BS with 5-8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 3-6 years in manufacturing and production.
" 3+ years in an analyst role, with a strong preference for experience in the aerospace industry.
" Proficiency in MRP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
" Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
" Demonstrated experience in Production Control, creating and maintaining metrics, and establishing plans.
" Excellent communication, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
" Multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
" Active Security Clearance required.
Preferred Experience:
" Aerospace industry background.
" SAP and Microsoft Project proficiency.
" Experience in production planning and control, with a focus on metric creation and maintenance.
This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and security of our aerospace manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will bring a deep analytical skill set, aerospace experience, and the ability to work closely with various teams to optimize production planning.
