Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.
5+ years related experience OR 3-5 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant course of study preferred
Strong Computer skills/ proficiency required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Individual project management and tracking as part of a larger portfolio
Schedule development by project appropriate to project scope
Multi-Functional coordination to track project from contracting through execution
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Cross-functional coordination and leadership to achieve project goals
Ability to team build & lead through example & influence
Ability to foster business partnerships with internal & external customers
Strong excel knowledge
Strong analytical skills
