::: {field="responsibilities"} - Engagement and alignment with Global cross-functional team and team representatives at impacted sites - Develop and monitor execution plans for the entire program - Leading cross functional activities initiating, planning, and executing projects through the Project Management Lifecycle - Drive consistent communication across cross-functional operations to meet aligned program objectives - Proactively identify and mitigate risk - Facilitate program meetings and conflict resolution as needed - Provide transparency to issues as they arise and advance as needed - Defining and leading project budget, scope, schedule / timeline and staffing needs - Strict adherence to Project Management Standards, Training, Process, Procedures and Tools - Monitoring and controlling the budgetary aspects of projects - Hold teams accountable on all aspects of Project Management :::
