SUMMARY OF JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for providing vacation relief coverage for the following
clerical positions:
- Purchasing/IE Clerk
- Maintenance Storeroom Clerks
- Maintenance Office Clerk
- Possibility for Accounting Clerk (daily production review) if needed
- Responsible for completing the following Purchasing related work
when not providing relief:
- AP related work (resolving invoices, calling vendors to resolve liabilities, balance sheet reconciliation)
- IE related work (daily enter data labor hours from production team)
- Mechanical inventory (inventory reconciliation, cycle counts)
- Cost Accounting work (yield and production reporting)
- Responsible for complete additional tasks as assigned by Purchasing manager when not providing relief coverage
- Must be capable of learning numerous facets of Dold Foods office positions and be able to shift from job to job quickly, without the need for constant re-training to provide coverage.
- Must be able to enter the plant environment, stand for several hours at a time, including lifting, bending and twisting motions for loads up to 40 pounds
