To be a successful QA/PI Supervisor you must become able to do the following always:
- Provide support to programs and/or departments by assessing and ensuring compliance. Help by providing performance improvement strategies and assistance to aid them in successfully delivering quality services.
- Provide company-wide quality training to staff regarding processes, regulatory compliance, and contract requirements.
- Oversee the record review process. Remain knowledgeable and assist in program audits. Oversee billing audit for programs and work with the Finance Department.
- Supervise, support, and provide consultation to QA/PI coordinators and oversee task related functions for these positions utilizing the Supervision for Success model.
- Work with QA/PI Coordinators on program goals implementation, maintenance, and work plan performance. Help maintain the goals spreadsheet and complete performance updates.
- Partner with the Data Services Department on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes and workflows.
- Participation in Department of Children and Families (DCF) case review programs, case reads, and stakeholder interviews. Actively participate in discussions about results from case reads completed.
- Assist in accreditation survey preparation, training, and communication including review of standards to ensure the continuing conformance for quality programing.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.
