Responsibilities
Oversee report reviews for quality and compliance, crew education and remedial training.
Review all electronic patient care reports (EPCRs) for patient care, medical billing and tracking purposes.
Manage all state mandated data collections processes.
Ensure all medical standard operating procedures (SOPs) are compliant with state regulations as well as internal records of review.
Deliver field training program including direction and monitoring of training and remediation.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Medical knowledge is a plus.
Knowledgeable of insurance rules and regulations, including required documentation for the support of billing-specific equipment, i.e. delivery order, prescription, and insurance verification.
