Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting bundles at partner sites, reading instructions such as work orders, and performing electrical tests to ensure quality and compliance with customer standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect bundles at partner sites.
Read and follow instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists.
Check work performed to ensure it meets customer standards.
Perform electrical tests.
Verify work performed and the configuration of the bundle.
Essential Skills
1 year of experience in aircraft electrical systems.
1 year of experience in aircraft inspection.
Proficiency in electrical testing.
Knowledge of wire harness assembly and aircraft components.
Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and wire lists.

Work Environment
Our team currently consists of 15 employees. Candidates need to be available to work both 1st and 3rd shift schedules. The dress code is jeans, work shirt, and closed-toed shoes. The 3rd shift hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:30pm-6:30am (shift starts Sunday night), and Friday, 9:30pm-4:30am (shift finishes at 4:30am on Saturday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
