PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides office support by implementing administrative systems, and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects.
- Coordinates, schedules, prepares and records minutes for ministry meetings.
- Maintains electronic calendars.
- Prepares letters, memos, presentations and other documents.
- Establishes and maintains document filing system, ensuring complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with ministry guidelines.
{=html} <!-- --> - Organizes travel and business arrangements. - Maintains office equipment and inventory supply levels. - Attends to visitors and address inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the ministry to the general public, clients and customers. - Receives and sorts mail and deliveries. - Other duties as assigned.
