You will be responsible for owning revenue and growth opportunities within your regional market. You will:
- Manage and nurture channel partner relationships within assigned sales territory.
- Collaborate effectively with the channel sales organization in the field.
- Align with top-selling partners and their key stakeholders.
- Develop a robust partner ecosystem that generates consistent sales results (this includes creating and using a partner heatmap to prioritize sales efforts and engagement levels).
- Recruit new partners into the program based on their profile and potential to sell cloud solutions.
- Set mutual success metrics with top partners and execute a go-to-market sales plan.
- Lead partner engagement, training, co-marketing and product awareness activities, leveraging internal resources as needed.
- Provide partner trainings on value proposition, business impact and product education.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Qualify and distribute sales opportunities to channel sales team.
- Travel to attend regional and national partner events regularly.
- Provide sales support as needed.
