Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Outbound Sales Call Center Colleague to contribute to our sales efforts and help drive our business to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward sales environment to include hourly pay plus commission.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our products and services.
- Assess customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Overcome objections and answer customer queries effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and share insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

- 2 years experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Adept at active listening and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
