Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Replenishment Execution Specialist will execute fast paced customer service activities for our strategic customers. In this role you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers with speed and accuracy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of customers replenishments and supply chain execution.

  • Participate in executing customer service strategies.

  • Inform the replenishments analyst about order status and other standard information needed to complete the accurate product delivery.

  • Provide support with information and data.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or replenishment support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Ensuring accuracy of critical check points and focusing on process improvement.

Position Information

  • This position is posted internally as well as externally.

  • Relocation will not be provided for this position.



  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.

  • Minimum of two years of Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply


  • 10-key or data entre experience.

  • Willingness to work on a Cross functional team.

  • Love challenges and works under pressure.
