To be a successful Clinical Supervisor, you must become able to do the following always:

1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
2. Provide direct supervision and evaluation of all Residential Therapists utilizing the agency model for supervision, Supervision for Success.
3. Ensure Residential Therapists are meeting all program requirements including assuring active treatment is conducted via therapy services.
4. Ensure all documentation requirements completed by Residential Therapists is thorough, timely and meets medical necessity.
5. May provide individual, group and family therapy, meeting the varied needs of the assigned client population on the residential campus. Complete and maintain records for assigned clients.
6. Provide court reports/testimony when necessary.
7. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.
8. Develop and facilitate trainings on clinical topics to develop the clinical knowledge and skills of program staff.
9. Provide on-call support.
10. May carry a caseload of up to four clients.
11. Meet departmental goals and/or outcomes.
