Aston Carter Response Coordinator in Wichita, Kansas


1) Receive all emergency calls both local, and National losses

2) Creates and maintains project information within database on each new project to ensure information is correct

3) Initiates the beginning process on all business hours emergency jobs to include but not limited to:

a. Dispatch of First Responder

b. Send out all initial documents as required

c. Send out of initial update

d. Emailing job assignments

4) Auditing of open jobs to include:

a. Verifying daily updates

b. Maintaining spreadsheet

c. Emailing when an update has not been sent for 24 hours

d. Proofreading daily updates

5) Send out daily reports as required

6) Assisting Project managers with billing and communications as necessary

Responsible for coordinating First Responder Network activities including set up of new jobs in operating system. Works with Management and department heads to coordinate activities with Company-wide goals and objectives. Ensures that clients are promptly, courteously, and professionally served and their questions and problems effectively resolved. Oversees technical support services and ensures the initial First Responder process flows in a timely, professional manner. Ensures that professional relations exist with internal and external contacts
