Meritrust Credit Union Retail Manager in Wichita, Kansas
The primary function of this position is to deliver high quality service to our members. This includes identifying members’ needs and offering Meritrust products and services.
Drives for Results

revenue through the acquisition and share of wallet growth of consumer and
business households as well as through collaborative partnerships with
eco-partners and community involvement activities; actively walks the retail floor,

company’s balanced scorecard.
Referrals
Leads and impacts a broad range of eco-system partners in an omni channel
environment; translates referral goals into behaviors and actions that demonstrate
sales targets.
Education
Applies knowledge of and ability to educate members and associates on banking
issues, regulations, and business practices; advises, educates and engages
employees and members on a variety of technological tools and resources, allowing
them to explore solutions to achieve their immediate goals and overall financial well
being.
3-5 years of similar or related experience in sales and employee development preferred.
Previous financial institution experience of 5 years or more preferred, including cash handling and member service. Knowledge of principles and practices of a financial institution
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to operate applicable PC programs necessary for job function
4 year college degree or specialized training preferred
