Utilizes policy and user manuals, RSA handouts, and Policy Memos, approved websites, DCF trainings, Agency purchases, state/locally prepared training materials and their own extensive work experience to present VR training. Training involved applies to both program and automated systems training as needed. Delivers information and presentations to successfully engage with and educate VR trainees, staff, and community partners. Works with Data team and the management team to identify the needs for trainings to improve services to our consumers and partners. Assists the RS Training Administrator in reviewing and understanding daily policy and work practices for the VR program to identify training needs per region and statewide. Helps to design and develop training materials, schedule trainings, and/or delivers training to VR staff in person and online, including support staff, on the rules and regulations, policies and procedures, best practices, and evidence-based practices. Assists in ensuring training materials are available in accessible formats as needed. Develops, delivers and/or coordinates delivery of program and policy training for staff and community partners. Helps develop and coordinate outreach material and/or presentations for VR and other DCF Programs.
