Sales Enablement Facilitator - Selling Systems, Tools, & Processes

The Delivery Manager for Selling Systems, Tools, & Processes on the Global Field Enablement (GFE) team has the following specific goals:

  • Help to accelerate seller productivity by being the subject expert and delivery coach for instructor-led and e-learning courses on selling systems, tools, and processes

  • Continuously develop and and maintain subject expertise in Splunk business practices and systems for sales roles

  • Provide business practice subject expertise and participate in the design, development, and delivery of selling systems, tools, and process enablement experiences


  • Partner with Splunk sales operations and sales execution stakeholders to maintain subject expertise in sales related operational systems, tools, and processes

  • Partner with other GFE functional groups for prioritization, communication, and collaboration in the development of selling systems, tools, and process enablement

  • Assist in co-design and continuous improvement of ILT and VILT offerings in collaboration with subject experts for selling systems, tools, and processes

  • Lead the delivery of live and live virtual enablement programs for Splunk selling systems, tools, and process enablement. Enablement includes on-boarding and continuous learning.

  • Mentor and coach GFE Delivery Team members to increase and enhance their knowledge of selling systems, tools, and processes

  • Be an active member of the GFE Delivery team providing input and thought leadership on the overall direction of the team in support of GFE’s greater goals


  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business operations

  • 2+ years of experience in a field sales role is preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with sales process and selling methodologies

  • Experience working in key sales systems and tools including Salesforce, quoting systems, and account planning tools

  • Ability to work on multiple courses, training deliverables, and course deliveries simultaneously for fast turnaround and rapid development (juggle multiple priorities)

  • Proven ability to work across functional teams – internal GFE teams and other Splunk organizations

  • Ability to work effectively both in-person and virtually

  • Comfortable leading and facilitating engaging classroom environments of 100+ learners in virtual and in-person settings

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to growth and change

  • Adaptable to new ideas and able to find creative solutions to improve training effectiveness

  • Able to deliver virtual courses at convenient times for three main time zones: Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

  • Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed once it is safe to do so


  • Bachelor’s degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline or substantial relevant on the job experience
