Required Skills :5+yrs of experience in Aerospace, Aviation, Material Cutting , Machining or Raw Material Warehousing 5+yrs of experience managing/supervising a team of 100 or more employees5yrs in a leadership/management experience (industry or military)5+yrs of experience in manufacturing environmentPrior Executive leadership presentation experiencePrior budgetary responsibility or review experience for associated department P&LExperience reviewing, delivering or monitoring production metricsExperience in Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience working with multiple cross functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining etc.)Prior management level experience reporting out to Senior Leadership on department production status
