Description & Requirements\ Maximus is excited to offer a fulfilling opportunity for a Senior Outreach Coordinator within the Kansas Child Support project. In this key role, you will drive community engagement by building relationships with local leaders, employers, and judicial officers to help noncustodial parents find employment and meet their child support responsibilities.
This full-time hybrid position requires working onsite four days per week and remotely one day, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. The ideal candidate will reside in or near Wichita, KS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\ - Cultivate relationships with community leaders, acting as a liaison among various constituents.\ - Serve as a primary contact for agencies to resolve issues or aid cases in the enrollment process.\ - Deliver outreach presentations to recipients and community members as necessary.\ - Provide education on program options and enrollment to recipients.\ - Foster positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients.\ - Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls, home visits, and community presentations as required.\ - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community, participating in relevant events and reporting outcomes regularly.\ - Educate clients and Agency Staff through phone and email to support initiatives.\ - Possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.\ - Experience in leading meetings and presenting materials remotely or in person to groups.\ - Proficiency in PowerPoint, TEAMS, and other Microsoft Office Products, as well as teleconferencing applications.
Minimum Requirements\ - High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\ - Must reside in or near Wichita, Kansas\ - Willing and able to travel to Kansas City, KS once per quarter\ - Available full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\ - Reliable transportation for local community travel approximately 25% of the time
