Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and servicing commercial entry doors and door hardware, as well as various types of commercial doors such as sectional, rolling steel, and high-speed doors. Your daily tasks will include repairing, adjusting, replacing, and troubleshooting issues with these doors and their associated hardware. Safety is our top priority, and you will be expected to operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times.
Hard Skills
Install/Service commercial entry doors and door hardware
Install/Service of commercial doors (sectional, rolling steel, high speed, etc...)
Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware or commercial doors
Mechanical ability
Tool knowledge
Able to safely lift 75 pounds over your head
Possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
Commercial door experience and welding experience preferred (training provided if needed)
Soft Skills
Stable work history
Good work ethic
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.
