Depin Packaging Inc, a leader in custom packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled craftsman to join our team at our Wichita facility. This role requires precision, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with hands and tools.
Location:816 E Funston St, Wichita, KS
Experiences Desired:
- Crate/Pallet Construction: Hands-on experience in building crates or pallets.
- Carpentry/Woodworking: Educational background in carpentry or woodworking.
- Tool Handling: Proficiency in using various tools and lumber.
- Instruction Execution: Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately.
Skills:
- Saw Operation: Experience with table saws, chop saws, or panel saws.
- Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of band saws, drill presses, and manual banding tools.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to quality and learning.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and proactive in task management.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish language skills are a plus.
- CAD Knowledge: CAD experience is beneficial but not required.
Equipment and Tools Used:
- Table saw, chop saw, panel saw, band saw, drill press, crimper, manual banding tools, power drills/impact drivers, forklift, pallet jack, and standard hand tools.
