As a Sr Proposal Manager, you\'ll execute proposal strategy and drive the bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing for our cutting edge products and services, including winning. You\'ll direct complex proposal activities in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Your duties will also include a review and approve proposals to ensure the appropriate themes are incorporated and resolving conficts in team dynamics and condensed project timelines.

Responsibilities:
Managing the Proposal Support Team to ensure sufficient resources are available for all proposal activities
Managing complex proposals and bid preparations as assigned, to include solicitation review, organizing the proposal team, managing reviews, and ensuring a compliant, complete, clear and compelling proposal
Coordinating proposal efforts with business development, capture management, program management, engineering, operations, contracts, finance, contractors, subcontractors and human resources
Train/equip the proposal team while streamlining processes so that there is commonality and consistency across BA proposals
Establishing/refining existing templates, tools and guidelines for continuous improvement of the proposal process
Organization and management of Proposal Support Team Sharepoint and Teams sites in conjunction with IT personnel
