About the Role:
As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of materials, analysis tools, and industry regulations to ensure the structural integrity of aircraft and aerospace products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design, manufacturing, and post-delivery phases, ensuring that products meet both customer requirements and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that will allow you to make a real impact on the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply advanced structural analysis techniques, including static, fatigue, damage tolerance, thermal, and vibration analysis to ensure compliance and safety.
Use tools like finite element modeling (FEM) to assess and improve product designs, ensuring structural adequacy.
Collaborate closely with design engineers to refine structural designs for performance, durability, and regulatory compliance.
Participate in structural testing and validation to ensure real-world readiness.
Ensure products meet customer specifications while adhering to industry standards and certifications.
Work alongside manufacturing teams to translate design concepts into tangible, high-performance products.
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or 3-6 years with a Master’s degree; or 0-3 years with a PhD or JD.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis principles such as materials technology, finite element modeling, and thermal/vibration analysis.
Experience in conducting fatigue, damage tolerance, and static analysis.
Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., Nastran, Abaqus, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in aircraft or aerospace product certification.
Familiarity with structural testing methods and regulatory requirements.

Pay Details: $70.71 per hour
