Qualifying SkillsAdvancement to any given level is subject to need as determined bymanagement and employee meeting established qualification criteria.Performs the functions listed under Duties section above. Installs allapplicable aircraft systems/payloads to the engineering intent throughthe use of electronic media (work instruction, model based definition,specifications, requirements documents, MRB dispositions, etc).Installs, adjusts and validates modules and components required forall systems/payload installations). Proficient with all equipment andtools associated with the installation through the final functional testof required Software/Hardware to support the Mission and Intent of thedelivered end item. Verifies dimensions of parts using both mechanicaland electronic precision measurement tools. May perform first articleinspection. Able to capture, translate, validate or provide measurementdata to meet engineering intent and top-level requirements including thefollowing: Maintain required personal certifications. Perform completeinspection, including first part review, of procured or fabricated partsand assemblies. Initiate and document any non-conforming condition forMaterial Review Board action. Perform process surveillance to assurecompliance with requirements. Prepare and maintain quality records. Ableto do Process or Product acceptance.
