What are your contributions to the team?

We are seeking for a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for our Services Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, improving and overseeing and the recruitment processes from end-to end, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a deep understanding of talent market trends in the USA, strong leadership capabilities, driving team performance and project management skills and a proactive approach to hire the best talent for Bombardier.

In your role, you will be asked to:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Analyze market trends and workforce data to anticipate talent needs and stay ahead of the competition.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organization goals.

• Manager and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team; Set and monitor team goals, KPI and performance metrics.

• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes (implementing best practices and innovative recruitment technology) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing to hire, with a candidate-centric approach, whilst cultivating strong working relationships with the business leaders.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders (e.g. client groups, HR) providing information on progress of searches and market insights.

• Actively participate in networking efforts with industry organizations and other potential candidate sourcing contacts to build recruiting relationship.

• Establish partnerships with relevant schools, associations and boards to strengthen our Employment Brand and build our talent pipelines locally.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• You have fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• You are an inspirational leader, agile and action oriented.

• You possess a proven track record of developing and influencing best practices and implementation of those practices across business segments.

• You are self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative and open to direction.

• You have the ability to proactively solve problems and think strategically.

• You are autonomous and rigorous, you know how to manage competing priorities and you thrive under pressure.

• You have demonstrated project management skills and the ability to be both strategic and tactical in rolling out practical recruitment programs and initiatives that are aligned with overall organizational goals.

• You are highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills for communicating with all levels of the organization.

• You possess an excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• You have strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
