We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with screening and scheduling candidate interviews, job description development and maintenance, career fair management and daily HR administration.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates (as needed).
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Utilizes Predictive index for Job Target processing and readbacks.
  • Attends seminars, active participation in professional societies; reads trade publications in order to stay current with HR related laws and activities.
  • Supports functional areas of Human Resources including recruitment and employment, employment records, benefits administration, and general administration.
  • Travels periodically to remote offices, scheduled career fairs, and other trips as required (15-20% of time).
  • Oversee the referral bonuses program and mileage reimbursement for candidates that travel for interviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience required.
  • PHR Certificate a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a professional office environment.
  • Prior experience with Linked-In and other forms of technology used for recruitment.
  • Prior H.R.-related experience and recruitment is a plus.
  • Previous Experience with Application Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
