The purpose of this position is to work closely with HR/Business lines to create, plan and implement talent strategies.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in the talent assessment process including assistance with creation of development plans, tracking progress on development plans, monitoring succession plans, and the like. Maintains talent profiles
Works closely with HR Business Partners/Line Management to identify and or solution talent priorities outside of the talent assessment process
Works with leaders and external providers to conduct 360 evaluations, assessments, and implement other related talent tools. May be involved in debriefing of results or coaching
Participates in development, execution, and monitoring of strategies, tactics, and CBRE web sites associated with onboarding, performance management and engagement. Supports diversity & inclusion
Prepares a variety of written reports and presentations, to include dashboards narratives, training or job aids. Develops and or conducts training on talent related topics and systems
Conduct various talent analyses, including trending and benchmarking. Identifies strengths and opportunities for improvement
Researches and recommends best practices designed to favorably impact talent outcomes. May lead implementation of recommendations
Works on special projects as needed
Coordinates involvement of Learning & Development, Digital & Technology or personnel from other departments or groups to facilitate successful project implementations
Reviews and understands reports. Participates in design of new reports as needed. Facilitates the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics
Other duties may be assigned
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

International/global experience preferred

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in HR, org development, or related field (industrial or org psychology, etc.) with over 5 years of HR experience which would have included at least 2 years of talent experience. Masters with 5+ years of talent experience is preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
SPHR, PHR, GPHR or other similar credentials are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Skilled project manager with coaching skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and HR technology such as PeopleSoft.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
