Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the quarterly debt compliance process.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with covenants in lending agreements.

  • Support ad hoc reviews related to lending agreement covenants.

  • Provide notices, reports, fees, schedules, etc. to the lenders.

  • Calculate and forecast covenant ratios.

  • Monitor permitted baskets capacity to determine the extent of excess capacity.

  • Maintain quarterly compliance questionnaire and ensure timely responses. Review and decision triggered questionnaire responses with Executive Management and Legal.

  • Proactively identify and report potential covenant issues.

  • Regularly forecast and stress test financial ratios.

  • Maintain and develop new relationships with Leasing Partners.

  • Manage lease capacity and ensure rate competitiveness with leasing partners.

  • Review and negotiate lease documents including Master Lease Agreements, Schedules, and Progress Payment Agreements.

  • Collaborate with Treasurer on FX hedging strategy.

  • Monitor forecasted FX exposure and execute FX derivative transactions.

  • Support Supplier and Customer Credit roles

  • Review and support Letters of Credit and Corporate Guarantee requests

  • Rating Agencies and Bloomberg support

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics or other business related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • US Citizen

  • 5 + years of experience in business or related field.

    Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the Aerospace industry

  • Previous debt management experience

  • E xperience in all aspects of analyzing financial statements

  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access)

  • Strong organization and time management skills
