Essential Functions
Provide administrative support for portfolio managers including preparation of client presentation materials and customized reports
Provide support assistance to clients when necessary
Administer investment trading support as directed by portfolio managers and serving in an administrative support capacity to the investment committees as appropriate
Communicate with clients regarding ongoing account matters and utilizing software to enter client account maintenance
Assist with phone coverage, execution of financial transactions, preparation of paperwork, new account opening, expense report completion, communicating both verbally and in writing with internal external clients, partners and vendors, and other clerical duties as needed
Enter information into Client Relationship Management system regarding client calls, birthdays, events, and other history
Work Hours
- Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge and administration experience with fiduciary services, including trusts, estates, foundations, and financial markets strongly desired. Trust or financial certifications are a plus
Experience in Trust, Legal, Banking, Finance or Investment Management in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, service and accountability to deliver results, both individually and with a team is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required
Must work energetically, independently and within a team environment
Must work well with clients and internal bank partners
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work under short time constraints and pressure
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced capabilities using Word and Excel
Education/Experience
- College degree or related experience is strongly preferred
