What will you do

We are hiring a Program manager/Cost analysts in our Engineering center of excellence. This individual will be the Partner for the Business Unit and will be the primary owner of the VAVE activities assigned to him/her. As such they will be responsible for the timely execution of all projects in CI trac and the proper reporting in Wave. These responsibilities including bi-weekly deep dives with the assigned BUs and the development of the agenda package to be reviewed in these meeting. This also includes the development of an action tracker to ensure all activities on concluded in a timely manner. Development and updating of the Bi-Weekly SLT report is also included.

How will you do it

  • Bi-weekly reviews with the BU VAVE teams tracking all active project in CI trac, and documenting actions to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

  • Close collaboration with the BU VAVE teams understanding issues and working to eliminate roadblocks to achievement.

  • Coordinating ideation sessions to facilitate development of an appropriate roadmap/pipeline of projects to ensure goal achievement.

  • Seamless integration with the Operations, Engineering and Procurement teams ensuring all parties are working together to solve and execute according to plan and commitments.

  • Establishes fiscal year VA/VE financial goals with each business, maintain monthly reporting of status, and ensure delivery to Fiscal Year objectives.

  • Prepares variance analysis compared with the plan vs forecast, explaining the main causes.

  • Regular checks in aligning with the forecast variations.

  • Continually review production reports, analyzing and reporting any extraordinary situation.

  • Assist VA/VE teams using benchmark data to generate ideas.

  • Lead VA/VE workshops in plants, different business groups, as well as suppliers. Work with MBBP, CPC, and Procurement teams in coordinating robust VA workshops.

  • Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions, as well as the ability to lead a cross-functional team.

  • Supports and leads regular VA deep dives with different PBUs

    What we look for

  • Minimum a Bachelors Degree Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance; MBA / Master’s Degree is a plus,

  • +5 years of experience,

  • Knowledge of cost accounting, planning, budgeting, inventory management

  • Internal customer oriented,

  • Strong in analytical and problem solving,

  • Advanced English command,

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in a complex multi Plant environment.

  • Experience in Manufacturing.

  • P&L experience an advantage

  • Fluent in English, second language is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • ERPs SAP, iScala, Oracle
