RGP VP of Finance Consultant- Onsite Wichita, KS in Wichita, Kansas
RGP is seeking a dynamic VP of Finance Consultant with strong accounting expertise and proficiency in OneStream and Epicor (Vantage experience a plus). In this role, you’ll oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal entry reviews, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions, driving accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Leverage your strong Excel skills and experience with OneStream and Epicor (Vantage experience is a huge plus)
Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes
Conduct and oversee reconciliations and journal entry reviews
Prepare internal management and financial reports
Manage consolidations and intercompany transactions across operations in Mexico and Malaysia (no foreign currency translation required)
Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or related field required
Master’s Degree preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
8+ years of public accounting, related consulting or industry experience
Expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis, with a strong grasp of US GAAP
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including OneStream and Epicor (Vantage a bonus), and advanced Excel skills
Outstanding communication and facilitation skills to foster trust, build relationships at all levels, and deliver exceptional client service.
A proven ability to adapt and thrive in lean, fast-paced environments while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
