Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker who will split their time equally between general warehouse duties and machine operation. Training will be provided on-site for machine operation.
Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse duties such as loading, picking, and material handling.
Operate forklifts and other machinery as trained on site.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure the production area is organized and clean.
Assist in production processes as required.
Essential Skills
Experience in warehouse operations.
Familiarity with forklift operation.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
Experience in loading and picking items.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in machine operation is advantageous.
Ability to work on different shifts as required.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a steel company setup similar to SSA or CPS. The job offers multiple shifts: 1st shift (5am - 1:30pm), 2nd shift (1:30pm - 9:00pm) with a $.75 shift differential, and 3rd shift (9pm - 5:30am) with a $1.25 shift differential. The facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness and safety, and employees are expected to adhere to these standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.50
